Trotters Retreat, as its name suggests, sits right next door to Echuca's trotting track, only five minutes drive to town.

This home has been recently renovated to an exceptional standard including a brand new in ground pool.

The tasteful kitchen living and dining area is light and sunny, and includes all the mod cons of home.

There are three bedrooms, a central bathroom and laundry.

The bedding configuration of this property is:

Master: Queen
Bedroom 2: Queen
Bedroom 3: Double with single bunk overhead and trundle

The maximum number of guests at Trotters Retreat is 8.

Outside, you'll find a well thought out space that the kids will love! Not only is there a brand new pool, there is also a children's swing set, fire pit and spacious outdoor undercover dining area with BBQ.

The yard is secure and pet friendly.

There is off street parking for two vehicles. *Please note there is no access to the garage/shed*

Echuca Holiday Homes is on hand 24/7 to ensure we can assist with any queries or issues you might have. We'll also ensure the house is either nice and cool or toasty warm for your arrival.

Trotters Retreat has a two night minimum stay during most times of the year. Exclusions do apply. Upon check in, a $500 pre authorisation is taken on your credit card as security over the property. Please contact us on 03 5480 0782 for further clarification.
