Riverfront Properties

We have some spectacular riverfront properties that are available for holiday rental.

In Echuca Moama, riverfront access is not as easy as it may appear to be – few homes enjoy the luxury of sitting riverfront, and even fewer, with easy access.

When you are considering booking one of our riverfront homes, please carefully read through what that home offers.

We have listed below our riverfront properties and river access information, to help you decide which property suits best:

Dhungalla

Situated on Wharparilla Drive, arguably Echuca Moama’s most distinguished riverfront street, this luxury home has a private boat ramp and custom-built walkway and pontoon.

You are able to leave your boat parked in the water for the duration of your stay.

The Waterfront

Located on Nolan Road, only 10 minutes’ drive from Echuca, The Waterfront has a private, family friendly pontoon and walkway where you can leave your boat for your stay.

The nearest boat ramp is at Riverlander Caravan Park. There is a small cost to launch your boat here ($10) and your trailer and car cannot be parked there.

Banyandah

Situated on Glyn Rd Wharparilla, Banyandah enjoys riverfront access to an exceptional section of the river. A popular ski area, the home has a private pontoon where you can leave your boat in for your stay.

The pontoon is spacious and easy to walk down to. The riverfront section of Banyandah remains public land, so you may see people walking by.

The closest boat ramp is only 300m metres and is for public use.

Perricoota Waters

Located within a development of 16 townhouses, Perricoota Waters has a private boat ramp within the grounds – shared amongst the guests and owners of the property.

While there is a pontoon and docking area, this is privately owned and our guests do not have access to tie up.

The owners have agreed to allow our guests to use the pontoon for embarking and disembarking, with a maximum time limit of 10 minutes.

River Chillin’

Situated at Deep Creek Marina, River Chillin’ guests have access to the boat ramp on site.

There is also a large pontoon which has a designated parking spot for our guests.

Whilst you are welcome to park your boat there during the day, we do recommend removing it at night for safety.

#3 and #4 Riverspa

These two villas are located within the Riverspa Apartments complex.

There are five villas within the grounds that share the private boat ramp.

There is no pontoon or river parking available – boats will need to be removed when not in use.

#15 and #56 Highview Waters

These units are located within the Highview Waters resort.

The resort has its own private boat ramp for guest and owner use only. There is no pontoon or parking available – boats will need to be removed when not in use.
